Over the years, HCI Catering has had the privilege of bringing together four local brands, Coco Bolos, JC’s BBQ & Grill, Cox Bros. BBQ, and Powercat Sports Grill into one catering service dedicated to making your celebrations memorable. From intimate gatherings to large events, it has truly been our honor to be your “party people” in Manhattan and the surrounding communities.

After much reflection, we have made the difficult decision to close our full-service catering operation. This choice did not come lightly, and we are incredibly grateful for every event, every collaboration, and every moment you trusted us to be part of.

While HCI Catering will no longer offer full-service events, our sister restaurants JC’s BBQ & Grill and Powercat Sports Grill will continue to offer pick up and delivery catering options directly through their locations, providing many of the flavors and favorites you’ve come to rely on.

To everyone who has supported us over the years, thank you. Your celebrations became our celebrations, and we couldn’t be prouder of the memories we’ve created together.
